Character panel - Outline Stroke tooltip

The tooltip for Outline Stroke refers to it as Cell Stroke. Help refers to it as Outline Stroke which would be correct. This was presumably just copied from the Table panel which has a similar control for table cells.

Thanks for raising this @MikeTO!

On Windows, I see 'Outline Style' shown - which is much closer to the expected string from the Helpfile , but still not 100% aligned.

Therefore I'm getting the following logged with our UI team for Windows and macOS respectively;

• Windows needs consideration as to whether 'Outline Style' is correct and the Helpfile needs updating to match, or if this should be changed to 'Outline Stroke' as seen in the Help.
• macOS needs updating to match either the Helpfile or Windows, based on the above decision.
