Affinity Photo 2.2.1.2075 Mac OS

After exporting the jpeg and uploading it to Facebook the colors changed dramatically, I had to open it in another software and export it again then upload it so the color would be ok. just for your information, the latest update did not fix the issue. Current V Affinity Photo 2.2.1.2075 Mac OS

hi and welcome to the forum.

Please check what options you have chosen in export settings, like

  • color format: must be RGB/8
  • color profile: should be sRGB to avoid such issues.
  • do not save (overwrite) jpg directly. Always use export.
  • Check resolution. Most web portals have size restrictions, often 1024 or 2048 for longer side.
  • check file size. Most web portals have size restrictions, typical 2, 5, 10 Mbyte. Use quality settings „high“ instead of „best“

we would need the actual file (afphoto and exported jpg) to check what caused the issue.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.
