All suite crashes when creating a New Document

Hi, this is my first bug report.
I was update the suite (Designer, Photo & Publisher) to the new version 2.2.1 and I have issue to create a New Document.
I try create a new document or select any preset and the them crash always. Before the update,  it was working correctly.}

The steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open Affinity Photo, Designer or Publisher
2. Create a New Document or select a preset
3. All suite crashes

I hope you can help me.

I resolved this bug reinstalling the suite.
