Cleophil Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 I have the V2 universal license. Until now the update was no problem. Now when I switch from publisher to photo it says the app must be updated (I cannot click on purchase now - I suppose because I have already purchased it) and at the bottom it says install your other Apps for registration with studio link. But the Apps have been installed for a long time already. I don't understand the problem. Can somebody help? Thank you Quote
GarryP Posted October 20, 2023 Posted October 20, 2023 Welcome to the forums @Cleophil Did you update all of your Affinity applications before using Studio Link? Each application needs to be updated to the same version for Studio Link to work, and each application needs to be updated separately. Quote

FWIW, the current retail version of all 3 Affinity apps is 2.2.1.2075. One way to check the version number is in each app to click on the "Account" button in the Toolbar (if it is there) or in the File > New window to click on the "Account" button there. The version number will appear in the top right corner of the Account dialog window.
