When you use the scroll bar and create a text frame, you do not see nothing and can't do anything else until you spin the mouse wheel. Macos

First of all, that subject title is not helpful. Please keep the title relevant to the issue so that we can effectively search the forums. 

Second, as you have already reported this, I do not understand why you have made a new thread when we have asked you in the past to bump the original. This has taken up the time of two QA agents to track down the original post you made which had already been logged and confirmed as such.
