No. And I don't think I've ever seen a feature request for that. You could make one in the Feedback and Suggestions part of the forum.

Personally, I think that would make the "tag" part of the Layers panel quite messy to look at. Can you explain why it would be useful to you? If it's for selection purposes, you could instead use Select > Select Same > Stroke Color, for example.
