Designer 2.2.1 update installation - prompted to select a folder

This isn't an issue but just FYI. When installing the Designer 2.2.1 update, I was prompted to "Select the folder containing the shared property collection files". I've not downloaded any fonts or content to share between the apps so I was surprised to be prompted for a folder when installing a point update. I didn't see this during the beta cycle.

I installed the updates for Publisher, Designer, and Photo in that order, and Designer is the only one that prompted me for this. I clicked cancel.

I had no issues with the update to 2.2.1 on Ventura 13.6, for what that's worth.

I did not see anything like that on my Mac running Catalina, but out of curiosity, do you have a ~/Library/Group Containers/6LVTQB9699.com.seriflabs/v2/user folder, & if so, are there any *.propcol files in it?

If not, is there anything like that at another path name?

Yes but I assume Affinity can find that on its own since it created it and users shouldn't be expected to find it.

Maybe it was just a glitch. I'm not worrying about it.

And at a quick glance, some of the new features are pretty awesome! In particular, the Spiral tool is very powerful ... & it will take me a while just to explore its many capabilities. 😀
