Very Laggy on Publisher and Designer wn movin text frames

Affinity Publisher and Designer version 2.2.1 very poor performance when moving objetcs arround a document. 

The error ocurrs when you have missing fonts in the text frame that you are moving. Once you change or load the fonts everything works fine. Only happends on Windows version (not mac os)

Upload test files and SCreen rTEST DOC.afpubecording: 

 

PC: Windows 11 22H2 , AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor  3.70 GHz , RTX 3060 12GB, 16GB ddr4 RAM

AFPublisher settings: (same ones on AF designer)

Thanks for the recording and sample file, the difference between the frame's redraw speeds is quite evident on Windows, so I've now replicated and logged this with the developers.
