Error attempting to install Affinity Photo 2.2

I have downloaded affinity-photo-2.2.msix from my Licenses and Downloads page, but when I click on it to install I receive the following error: Cannot open app package; Reason: Error in parsing the app package. I can go no further in installation. I had previously downloaded the application without a problem, but had to uninstall.
