This is entirely cosmetic, but the mouse pointers for drawing new text frames, art text, and tables, as well as converting a shape to a text frame, still have the old v1 serif T and A icons instead of the v2 sans serif icons.

They should look more like this:

This is entirely cosmetic, but when the Frame Text tool is selected and the mouse is over a shape that can be converted to a text frame, the mouse pointer still has the old v1 serif T icon instead of the v2 sans serif T icon.
