Gianni Becattini Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 I have two rather complex books that systematically crash when exporting on MacBook Pro M2, 16G RAM) and systematically succeed when exporting on i9iMac i9, 64G RAM; same operating system, up-to-date, no other big difference in configuration or installed programs. Is possible to do something? Quote www.k100.biz
Staff Callum Posted October 17, 2023 Staff Posted October 17, 2023 Hi Gianni Beccattini, Please could you provide a copy of the crash report being generated? Please could you also ensure you have the same performance preferences set in both apps on both computers? I might also be worth checking the same colour profile is also available on both computers. Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
Gianni Becattini Posted October 17, 2023 Author Posted October 17, 2023 Thank for replying, this point is very important for me, because I am fearing that also the iMac could fail... I am abroad for work, when back I check everything and come back. Thanks again Quote www.k100.biz
Gianni Becattini Posted October 17, 2023 Author Posted October 17, 2023 See in attachment the performance settings (that with more RAM is the iMac i9). Next I post the crash report. For the color profile, could you please tell me how to check? Quote www.k100.biz
Gianni Becattini Posted October 17, 2023 Author Posted October 17, 2023 NEWS: today I had a long fight with the cross-references. Now that I fixed it (see the long thread), at least on book does not crash anymore. Maybe the problems are linked together? I will be back if I have new problems. Thanks Quote www.k100.biz
