Steps to reproduce create a new file add any vector shape (400px at least) set stroke width to 50 choose fill tool set stroke fill mode to bitmap expected: UI opens to select a bitmap file observed: nothing happens. Reported in questions section. It seems you missed one crucial detail: The bitmap fill works on layer fill, but it doesn't work on layer stroke. Can you switch to stroke context (icon left to fill mode), and try again?
