for example if you render a panorama, macro-stack or just raster a high MP 32bit file with many layers and filters it can sometimes take veeeery long time to finish the job and there is no way to quit the process after having started it. that sometimes is a real pain i the a.. on my late 2015 5K 27" iMac with 32GB RAM an i7-6700 CPU.

could you please add a button with cancle functionality when a process is running so that there is no need to quit the the app the hard way.

 

(...sure - I could upgrade to an M2 Ultra Mac Studio :D to solve this...
