Publisher 2 – Vertical alignment in a text frame

I want to have the text in a frame aligned to the bottom. I can’t find this option (if it does exist.) The help file being as it is, doesn’t help. Can somebody explain if this is possible and how?

You can find the vertical alignment settings along the context toolbar  dropdown shown in the screenshot below, or in the Text frame panel under the 'Vertical Position' dropdown.

Vertical Position

• Alignment
  • Top Align—sets the frame text alignment to adhere to the top margin.
  • Center Align—sets the frame text alignment to be equidistant from the top and bottom margins.
  • Bottom Align—sets the frame text alignment to adhere to the bottom margin.
  • Justify—sets the frame text alignment to both the top and bottom margins.

In what way "hidden"? – The icon / menu-button in the Context Toolbar gets auto-displayed as soon any frame text object is selected.

Additionally to the main menu and the Context Toolbar the option also exists in the Text Frame panel which is specialised for Frame Text objects and there shows an additional option for an "Initial advance":
