Scerphotography Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 Hi there, for the past 2 weeks, my affinity apps were unusable. When I open the app, this is the view I get. This is not the full-screen mode. As you see on the top i dont have acces to my tools as usual and cant go in the full-screen mode or close the page (unless i force quit). Staff NathanC Posted October 13, 2023 Staff Posted October 13, 2023 Welcome to the forums @Scerphotography, There is a known issue in 2.2 logged with the developers where disconnecting/re-connecting external monitors between app sessions can cause the UI to clip, are you potentially using an external monitor with a Macbook? You should be able to restore the app UI by doing a CTRL-runup: Quit all Affinity apps Hold down CTRL and launch Publisher while still holding CTRL A 'Clear user data' menu should appear with three boxes ticked, press 'Clear' The app will now launch with a hopefully restored UI.
