alg Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Hi. Please could someone enlighten me with my recent problem. I have affinity photo2 purchased and downloaded from Affinity many months ago. Its been installed on both on my laptop and desktop. For some unknown reason the license activation box keeps appearing just on my desktop, which I am unable to clear down. Email address and password are both correct. I have even tried another download without success, however it loads and can be used on my laptop. Thanks in advance for any help offered Quote
walt.farrell Posted October 12, 2023 Posted October 12, 2023 Is Photo 2 the only Affinity V2 application you have installed? What happens when you enter the Affinity ID and password? If you're on Windows: 1. Did you purchase from Serif, or via the Microsoft Store? 2. If from Serif, did you install using the MSIX installer or the EXE installer? Staff SFurniss Posted October 13, 2023 Staff Posted October 13, 2023 @alg Here's a link to a post covering common issues when activating the apps. As Walt hinted at, the issue may be linked to a mix of MSIX and MSI files on your machine. In which case, you could try deleting all files related to the apps and then reinstalling with just one file type. Quote
