I use these programs infrequently, so I will apologize in advance if there is a simple answer.

I use BluBeam at work to markup PDFs.  Unlike Adobe Acrobat, you can easily highlight either text or graphics in a PDF.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that all 3 Affinity applications apparently can import both PDFs and AutoCAD files.

Since I do not have BluBeam at home, I was wondering if any of the 2.2 versions of the Affinity programs allow you to highlight both text and graphics (preferably on a separate layer) in a PDF. And to avoid confusion in terminology, I am talking about the ability to "draw" a line of a given width and color and transparency over the graphics/text, much light a regular highlighter pen.

EDIT: The Paint Brush tool in Photo does the job with the option to select colors and transparency.
