I am almost 60 pages into my Publisher 2.2 document. The lines are too close together, so I need to adjust the leading for the entire document. How do I do that? The only answers I can find are for a selected paragraph.

Ideally you will have used Text Styles for your paragraphs, and you can simply adjust the leading in that Text Style and everything using it will change automatically.

If not, you can select all the text, and change via the Paragraph panel. If you have used Linked Text Frames, you can put the cursor at the beginning of the text in the first frame, and Ctrl-A (Windows) or Cmd-A (Mac) and you should get all of the text selected. Or you could use Ctrl-Shift-End on Windows (but I'm not sure what you'd use on Mac, as that can be more complicated).

And if you have not used them & intend to add more pages & content to your project, you should consider doing that now.

Alternatively you can use the Find & Replace panel: For the "Find" option click the cog icon -> choose "Format" -> in "Paragraph Spacing" set the leading you want to edit. Then set the desired leading accordingly in the "Replace" section (or choose a saved text style you want to assign). Finally click the "Replace All" button.
