When having spreads with different inner and outher margins Publisher do a good job of placing eg. pdfs correct left-right.
However, if I need to delete a single page, I need content to shift to the according margins. This doesn't happen.
And notice placed pdfs are loosing the right page-order (bug I guess)

There have always been problems adding or deleting single pages from Facing Page documents, though I don't recall seeing this discussed in the context of Placed PDF files.

I'm not sure what you mean about losing the page order, though. That will probably need more information.

When deleting a page before a placed pdf pages 1-10, page 1 shows page 3, page 2 shows page 3, page 3 shows page 4 and so on.
