Can't choose include bleed on PDF export

The last time I exported my cover I could choose Include bleed. Now I can't. If I choose press ready the box is checked but grayed out. I know the first time I did this I could select the "include bleed" box and the compatibility showed PDF/X1-a which is what it should be.

This is publisher 2.1.1.

It seemed to upload in the template correctly. I am a little stressed finishing my first book.

I certainly have not tested every possible settings but the only time I see that box greyed out when exporting as PDF is when the bleed is set to 0 in the document settings.

(I'm not certain how your last post should be understood…

[Edit] I see in another of your posts you were referring to a KDP template.)

Sorry, I'm a little stressed out. I uploaded the cover and it showed perfectly in the KDP template.

Your answer made me remember that the first time I exported it, I had a bleed amount set when it should have been zero. It now makes sense. Thank you.
