I have found the same annoying bug in Pixel Mode, when trying to use the pixel brush tool and tweaking the colors. 
It behave the absolute same way than AD 2.2.0 official (non-beta) release. Color wheel / pickers are not behaving properly. Easy to reproduce.

As you've reported it for 2.2.0, it's not a new bug in 2.2.1 and doesn't need to be reported here again. It's best to keep the discussion in the original topic:

The issue "[macOS] CMYK Color sliders in colour chooser inconsistent" (REF: AF-657) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.5.0.2317".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
