They are currently only in Designer, whether you're on desktop or iPad, as Designer is the application intended for major vector work. In any case, Serif generally does not discuss future plans, so a "when" question probably would not get an answer. Thanks. I missed that in the 2.1 updates when I looked at the What's New listing. So they could be added on iPad, too, in a future update, which would be good (iPad users cannot customize which tools are displayed, as the desktop users can.)
