They are currently only in Designer, whether you're on desktop or iPad, as Designer is the application intended for major vector work. Thanks. I missed that in the 2.1 updates when I looked at the What's New listing. So they could be added on iPad, too, in a future update, which would be good (iPad users cannot customize which tools are displayed, as the desktop users can.)
