Suzs
Hi, we've not used Affinity for a while so a bit rusty. We use Affinity among other things to create text to be cut out of vinyl for t-shirt printing. We have to convert the text to an outline with no fill colour for the printer to accept it. In the past, I'm sure we have included simple logos provided by customers but now I can't find out how I would do that as I can't find a function to remove the colour and just show the logo as an outline. Can anyone help please?
v_kyr
For in Affinity created text (like artistic text) convert the Text layer to curves, remove the fill on characters and apply just a stroke (now you have outlines). Other than that for whole logos you can also use a third-party tracing tool in order to build outlines of the whole. See therefor ...
