NotMyFault
It is not yet Available (the blend part). you can use power duplicate or „move data entry“ to create layers, but cannot change colors or blending them. https://affinity.serif.com/en-us/whats-new/#2-2-move-tool-data-entry Quote Mac mini M1 A2348 | Windows 10 - AMD Ryzen 9 5900x - 32 GB RAM - Nvidia GTX 1080 LG34WK950U-W, calibrated to DCI-P3 with LG Calibration Studio / Spider 5 iPad Air Gen 5 (2022) A2589 Special interest into procedural texture filter, edit alpha channel, RGB/16 and RGB/32 color formats, stacking, finding root causes for misbehaving files, finding creative solutions for unsolvable tasks, finding bugs in Apps. How about an UI to apply a gradient to the vertical hierarchy within the Layers panel, rather than to the h/v dimensions in the layout window. So, it could be simple to assign the Layers panel property "Opacity" in a vertical way, in-/decreasing within the selected layers from bottom to top. Accordingly it could work with colour gradients. If I understand right, the V2 "move data entry" requires to include object creation … whereas we might want to apply an attribute independently from object creation and also to objects that are not modified copies of a base object. For instance to increase a text stroke from letter to letter of curved text ... or to increase a brush width from stroke to stroke for a certain layer selection ...
