Accessing NIK Collection from Affinity photo

When I go to settings this is what I see.  

I am unable to access NIK plugins from Affinity

 

Is this a NIK issue or an Affinity issue or am I missing something?

That seems to show them set up correctly.

What happens when you try to use them? Also, what kind of image are you working on (color format, bit-depth) and what kind of layer do you have selected in the Layers panel?

Do you mean they do not appear at all in the Filters>Plugins menu of Affinity Photo, appear but are greyed out, or something else?

If they are just greyed out, what kind of object are you trying to apply them to & what is the color format (like RGB/8 or Grey/8) of the document you are working on?

What kind of layer is it, a Pixel layer or something else? If not a Pixel layer, what happens if you rasterize it?

You should be able to access them from any RGB pixel layer, if the document is RGB/8 or RGB16.

A screenshot of the Layers panel for the cases that don't work might help.

The initially imported document is a 16 bit TIFF from PhotoLab.  I can open NIK from the background layer.

 

If I go to Nik from Background it works

you seem to try to send a high pass filter to Nik plugin, that's not going to work, that's where your problem is, see answer above from RC-R
