Using the Photo workbook with version 2.2

Is there a list of changes to Photo version 2 from version 1? I'm trying to use the workbook and there are weird things happening. For example, I'm trying inpainting and when I select a subject with the freehand tool, then select Inpaint from the Edit menu, everything disappears? Also, the photo seems to keep moving about as if by itself? I don't know if it's. Mac thing?   I am very new to this and have not been able to learn much as I have been very ill for some years. Just as I am starting with the workbook, there are so many changes. Rather than use version one (which is still on my computer) I'd rather use version 2. Any ideas? Thanks.

There is no real list, @Martin new, other than the listings on the What's New page, but many things have changed. Many instructions in the Workbooks should still work, though any menu items dealing with the Studio panels will have moved from View to Window.

It might be worth posting a Question about that, with screenshots or (better) a screen recording of the complete application window if you can.

Again, a separate Question topic with a screen recording would be useful. When you post that, please also provide information about your hardware, especially the kind of mouse you're using.
