Staff NathanC Posted September 28, 2023 Staff Posted September 28, 2023 Welcome to the forums @Thanda, Thanks for reporting this, I can confirm I also immediately encounter an app crash when opening a FIT/FITS file on Windows, but as a part of a new stack it adds as expected. I've now logged this with the developers.

Staff Affinity Info Bot Posted January 9, 2024 Staff Posted January 9, 2024 The issue "[Windows] Opening FIT/FITS files directly causes an app crash" (REF: AF-507) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.4.0.2222". This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release. Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions. If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
