How to understand what vector brush was used for a certain path?

This sounds simple but I couldn’t find a way to do that.

in Affinity designer I draw a path with a vector brush.

later on I can select that path and change the width, color etc but ai can’t understand what vector brush I used. The selection is showing the last brush I selected, not the one used for that path.

is there a way to understand what brush was used for a specific path?

thanks!

Hi!

I'm afraid, no. In Photo, there is a brush-memory-function that notifies the brushes in the layers panel, but this memory gets lost, when you close the program. You could either notify it yourself, or you could create project related categories, where you save duplicates of the brushes (or better brush- presets) you use in this certain projects.
