Affinity Publisher 2 Froze when Opening File From iCloud

Currently Affinity Publisher 2 just freeze when opening a file from iCloud which needs to be downloaded, especially when there is a network issue. And if the network issue is not solved, I'll have to only force quit the app.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Are you using Publisher 2.2? It has improvements to some network issues.

Serif generally recommend not using iCloud to avoid issues. I use it regardless but I'm able to deal with most issues that will arise. If you're having problems with Affinity with iCloud you may wish to store your files on a local drive that isn't mirrored to the cloud and to instead back up your files to the cloud.

Which version of macOS are you using?

Is this something you find happens often or only when a file needs to be downloaded? If you wait a while for the file to download does the app then respond?
