Text fields that should be disabled

This is minor, it doesn't hurt anything but may confuse somebody.

• In the Text Frame panel's Vertical Position section, the Maximum Paragraph Space field should be disabled unless Justified is selected on its left. (Thanks to Walt for reminding me of this one)
• In Settings > Colour, the "and warn" checkbox should be disabled when "Convert opened files to working space" isn't selected.
• In Preflight > Edit Profile, all the controls for each issue type should be disabled if the type is set to Never. But this isn't a big deal.
