Why did you reboot your computer, because Affinity was crashing? There's no reason to reboot multiple times, once is good enough. If Affinity is crashing a lot on macOS: Try starting with Ctrl held down (press it immediately after clicking the icon) and then clearing your user data. You'll lose your studio setup and some defaults but it's worth trying. If you want and are able to, you could save your studio setup as a preset and your shortcuts to a file before trying this in case you could successfully revert to those. Go to Settings > Performance and turn off hardware acceleration and change Display to OpenGL. Also please reply with your hardware and OS information as well as exactly which version of Photo 2 you're using. Serif will need to know this to help. Good luck!
