jackamus Posted September 22, 2023 Posted September 22, 2023 I couldn't find anywhere on the forum where I could post this question! I have been given a lifetime penalty point for making a politically incorrect comment regarding the way Serif have advertised V2.2. How exactly will the penalty affect me using the forum? If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the obedience of fools. Staff Patrick Connor Posted September 22, 2023 Staff Posted September 22, 2023 The warning point does not affect your use of the forum. When applying penalties other options are also available to moderators, such as restricting posting for a certain time or making posts require approval, but that has not been applied in this case. jackamus Posted September 22, 2023 Author Posted September 22, 2023 Hi Patrick, Yes I understand all this but what does having a lifetime penalty point mean? If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the obedience of fools. Nothing, other than that others using the forum can see you have had a warning, normally for rule breaking.
