How to create envelope path using Designer 2

Hi,

I have this drawing, which consist of multiple objects - curves and circles:

I need to create joined path, which consist only from "outer" part of the objects. Something like this:

Is there a simple command, which can do this to "break curve", "delete part", "join cuvers" is the only sequence, how to do it?
