Adding Image content from File Explorer

I can no longer add images from File Explorer to my documents - the feature just suddenly stopped working, and no errors are displayed.

Please could you provide a screen recording that demonstrates this issue so I can look into this further with you?

Hi C,

I deleted the document and started again from scratch - the feature appears to work now - my document file might have become corrupted due to the recent update of the app - if the issue repeats I will come back to this thread - thanks for your quick response.
