Customer support

I tried contacting customer service yesterday afternoon at 3.45pm, response 'Affinity offices are now closed'. Tried again this morning at 9.10am, same response  'Affinity offices are now closed'. Is there a problem? Just need some help with a major problem with the latest update! Thanks

Hi @David Rich,

Our phone lines are usually open Monday to Wednesday from 9am until 4pm (UK), however the phone lines were closed early yesterday at 2pm.

We do not offer technical support via the telephone so if you require technical assistance please post the issue here on the forum, alternatively the support team can be contacted via email (affinitysupport@serif.com).

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Thanks for getting back. I've already posted the problem. Yesterday morning updated to 2.2, in the afternoon I was working on Publisher and Photo. Without warning Publisher decided not to open the layout. I tried to open other layouts and I tried creating a new layout, none worked. On the Affinity Forum someone suggested going onto troubleshooting, nothing applied to the problem. I tried deactivating the app, again didn't work. This is getting worrying! I've spent 3 months designing a book. I hope Affinity can resolve this massive problem.

I hope Affinity can resolve this massive problem.
