Peter's Photography
Can anyone tell me where I can get the lens profile for the Nikkor Z DX 24mm f1.7 lens please? I understand that this works in Lightroom and I wonder when it's due to be added to Affinity. Regards, Peter.

It should be in Photo 2 sometime after it's added to the Lensfun database In the meantime it may have already been added to Lensfun but not yet picked up by Serif, and if so you can download the XML file from Lensfun and add it yourself to either Photo or Photo 2, in the directory listed in the application Settings. If it's not yet supported by Lensfun, there's info on their site about how to participate and produce profiles yourself, or help them to produce them. v_kyr
A better overall approach instead of using lensfun would be, to use directly the supplied Nikon corrections stored in the raw image themself, so something which C1 does and now even darktable seems to do so, in order to support all Nikon Z-mount lenses. v_kyr
BTW Adobe does too for Z-mount lenses, they too take the needed data out of the NEFs maker notes/manufactor profile... No Nikon Z lenses in Camera Raw profile corrections. Why?
