Affinity photo dosn't start from command line

After update do 2.2.

I use irfanview to browse my images. I have in there set option to open image in external editor. There is path to affinity photo. But it doesnt work. I tried start photo app from terminal, ant it doesnt start. My path to photo.exe is correct and looks D:\WindowsApps\SerifEuropeLtd.AffinityPhoto2_2.2.0.2005_x64__3cqzy0nppv2rt\App\Photo.exe

Did you also already tried via aflaunch.exe from the CLI ?
