2.2 PDF colour issue

I made a simple PDF of a book to send to a client and an image had a big error, the white cloud character was black. I tried a couple PDF option, always the same issue. I opened Designer, saved that one image as PDF and the issue remained. It does not appear with any of the other images. I have included a PDF showing the problem and the original file. I made a copy of the problem layer, rasterized it and that works fine in the PDF so the client is still getting the update he needs at least!

Hi @nomi02118,

Looks like there's an issue with the cloud curves layer getting expanded (which happens when exporting curves to PDF), this can be observed prior to exporting to PDF by just expanding the curve under Layer > Expand stroke. I've been able to fix the issue with the curves layer by using Layer > Geometry > Separate and then re-merging them together via Layer > Geometry > Merge. When exporting (or expanding) the curve no longer causes this problem. I've attached the .afdesign for reference.

The issue shouldn't be happening in the first place, so I'll get this file logged with the developers.

The issue "Expand stroke fails on curve with stroke pressure applied" (REF: AF-294) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.5.0.2463".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Affinity Info Bot to notify us.
