Lastest versions installed for all (1.10.6).

Cannot create document, cannot open document.
Immediately crash and disappear, without any error message.

I'm on Windows 11 22H2 OS build 23545.1000

That's very concerning.

When was the last time it worked, and what changes have been made since then?

Do you get any crash reports?

Unfortunately we don't officially support Windows Insider beta builds, as these can occasionally cause issues with applications which are later fixed in an beta OS update.

Once the OS updates are ready for launch, our team will then test the Affinity apps with this OS version to ensure compatibility and fix any issues as required.

I hope this clears things up :)

I confirm, I do have crash repports, but affinity teams didn't ask for it.
Thanks for your reply.

I understand, however it's the first time I experience such problem. I just can't use it now, can't open or create a document !
I use a lot of software on my system, some very old, and I can tell windows 11 is very stable. If I had problem like this, I would stop being part of the insider program.
Anyway, I guess I will have to wait, or upgrade to V2. (waiting for a good discount opportunity)

Thanks for your reply.

I certainly understand - although we don't officially support this OS version, crashing when creating or opening a document usually indicates an issue with Affinity communicating with your GPU drivers.

I'd recommend ensuring your drivers are fully up to date, directly from the manufacturers website, although I can't guarantee this will resolve the issue.

Thanks, will try that.
