walt.farrell
And nothing in Event Viewer, either? That would be strange. Staff Jon P Posted September 11 Staff Share Posted September 11 It may also be useful to upload %userprofile%\.affinity\Publisher\2.0 (Beta)\Settings\RecentFiles.xml. It might be possible to figure out what it is attempting to display that's causing a crash if you can consistently reproduce this (it looks like it crashes as soon as it's about to begin to render a new row) Quote Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com

Staff Jon P Posted September 11 Staff Share Posted September 11 Hmmm that shouldn't crash recents when scrolling down. I've just double checked that if it encounters a missing EPS is doesn't crash and it seems fine on my end, curious if it was something related to that specific EPS. Given the various blank image thumbnails in your Recents listing, it seemed to me there were many missing files. Perhaps slightly off topic but just responding to @walt.farrell's comment... Unsure if this is the exact same issue (because certain thumbnails are shown in @Return's screen recording) but on macOS there is an issue displaying Recent File thumbnails beyond the viewport when scrolling. This is only remedied once you release the scrollbar.
