Brush Circle Completely Disappeared

Hello,

All of a sudden, no matter which brush I select in Affinity Photo, I am unable to bring up a circle whose radius can be reduced or increased according to the size needed. I've searched this forum and seen plenty of response about toggle CAPS and CAPS OFF and you'll see either crosshair or circle, but I'm not achieving this at all. What could have happened? I'm using V.2 Photo

Maybe an obvious question, but are you sure you have selected the Paint Brush Tool?

I don't know what caused this, but I finally solved it by resetting everything. Thank you.
