I have a personal laptop I work on at home.  I just bought a license for Affinity Designer 2.  I downloaded the application and installed it on my laptop.  When I try to launch the application it does absolutely nothing.  I am kind of lost as to what to do.  Can you help?

can you show a screen recording of it not loading for troubleshooting?

A little more information would be nice.

Which Windows version are you using (Press CTRL + R, type winver, press Enter).
Are the drivers for the graphics card up to date?
Is Windows up to date?
