Affinity Publisher locks up when editing table border from master page

Affinity Publisher 2.1.1
Windows 10
Hardware acceleration is enabled, but this happens with it disabled too.
Problem does not exist in Affinity Publisher v1.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new publisher document with a master page
2. Insert a table of any size on the master page
3. Double-click the table border on the regular page

Publisher then locks up and is unresponsive to any further inputs and CPU usage increases to max. This does not recover leaving the only option to force quit the program.

This has been previously logged with the developers, I've now bumped it with your report. 🙂

This also appears to be fixed in the latest 2.2 beta.

Sorry about that @NathanC - I did do a quick search but couldn't find anything so decided to post!

 

Just downloaded the beta and can see that it's also been fixed there, thank you!
