Can you please provide more information on the issue you're having and include the following information. Which OS are you running? The version of Photo V2 installed (V2.X.X?) Which Topaz plugin and are they installed correctly and have you also opened Photos Settings > Plugins to set their location? Have you checked your system to see if anything could be blocking Topaz from accessing the internet? Please provide a screenshot of what you receive on screen.
