Pavel Bartoš
The F1 command is inoperative. The "Affinity Photo 2 Help" command under the HELP bar is also inoperative. Please do you know how to activate this function? Image of the F1.pdf
walt.farrell
Did you check that the new window isn't opening behind your current window, or on a different monitor? Also: It's usually best to just paste a screenshot into your message as a JPG or PNG image. That way it just shows up in the post, with no need for readers to download a file. Pavel Bartoš
Hi Walt, thank you for the quick response. Yes, I have already checked your solution. Unfortunately, the HELP window is without text, please look at the lower part of the screenshot attached. Thank you, Pavel

Strange. Do you get an actual empty window if you click on that one? Pavel Bartoš
Yes, I get an empty window. Clicking on the small empty window in the picture above, the basic Affinity Photo mask opens. I let my PC settings check, everything seems to be fine. Do you think the re-installation of the program would help?

Just i've seen another user who had this issue and for some reason, resizing that window made the help file show.

I don't understand much, but it works. Thank you for your advice, I'm grateful to you. stokerg
