The F1 Help command

Recommended Posts

Did you check that the new window isn't opening behind your current window, or on a different monitor?

Also: It's usually best to just paste a screenshot into your message as a JPG or PNG image. That way it just shows up in the post, with no need for readers to download a file.

Unfortunately, the HELP window is without text, please look at the lower part of the screenshot attached.

Strange. Do you get an actual empty window if you click on that one?

Yes, I get an empty window. Clicking on the small empty window in the picture above, the basic Affinity Photo mask opens. I let my PC settings check, everything seems to be fine. Do you think the re-installation of the program would help?

The empty window that you do get, if you resize that window does the help then show?  Just i've seen another user who had this issue and for some reason, resizing that window made the help file show.

I changed the window size from 200% (recommended) to 125% and the problem is solved. I don't understand much, but it works. Thank you for your advice, I'm grateful to you.
