Layer effects, fill opacity does not work with text

Hello,

in Affinity Photo V2 the fill opacity does not work for me with text, but with geometric shapes ( star,heart etc. ) .
But the thumbnail in the layer tab shows the transparency.
But with Affinity Photo V1 it works with the text.
But if you put the text layer in a group, the fill opacity works and you can show the layer transparent.

Can someone test this on his own ?

That’s to be expected, given that the thread hasn’t been updated since a Serif staff member acknowledged the bug.
