albertkinng
A client has shared a file type with me that I haven't encountered previously. I can request them to send a different file that would enable me to carry out the project without problems. Nonetheless, I'm curious to learn if you've ever dealt with this sort of file and if so, how you were able to effectively work with it. R C-R
PSB is listed as supported in the AP 2 Supported file formats help file, so yes, you should be able to open most of them in AP. albertkinng
Unfortunately, while I can open the file, there's not a lot I can do with it! Although I can view the contents inside the Layers thumbnails, there's nothing appearing in the main work document. Additionally, after several attempts to open the file, this error message started to show up! Quote Ask for my services: albertkinng.com
Staff Lee D Posted August 29, 2023 Staff Share Posted August 29, 2023 @albertkinng If you can DM me a download link to the .PSB file I can take a look. From the message you're getting, our importer has issues with some of the objects that make up the file. It may be that we don't have an equivalent tool/feature available.
