Minor naming inconsistencies

A few unrelated name consistency issues:

The Document menu names are First Page, Previous Page... while the navigation icons names are First Spread, Previous Spread. It doesn't matter whether the document is facing pages or not. When Previously Viewed was added it was inconsistent but that was reported and fixed - I just didn't notice the rest of them were inconsistent, too. Previously Viewed standardized on Page so maybe the First/Previous ones should also be Page?

The Document menu name is View Masters while the navigation icon name is Toggle Master View. This one is more understandable as the menu command has a checkmark but it still seems odd.

The Text > Insert > Fields menu name is Last Page in Section Run but the Fields panel name is Last Page in Run. I think the word Section was omitted from the Fields panel because it's obvious from context (it's in the Document Sections part of the panel) but it's mildly confusing because the panel also offers Last Page in Run which isn't in the menu because it's not a common field. I wondered at first if Last Page in Section Run was different from the two options in the Fields panel so I had to test them to figure it out. It might be nice if the menu command was renamed to match the panel.
