Hi there, 

I have a problem with my log-in after I upgraded on Windows 11. I've already reinstalled the Affinity products (EXE) but there is still the error "Affinity ID or password not found", when I try to log in.

I've checked the Affinity database for an account using the same email address that you used to create your forum account and unfortunately I cannot currently locate any account (or purchase) under this address, hence the error you are seeing.

If you are using an Education or Business license, please ensure you are signing in using the correct details and not your personal email address.

Should you still have further issues signing into our locating your account, please email affinity@serif.com and our team will investigate this further for you - as we cannot discuss exact email addresses and account information in public, here on the Forums.
