AWH
When I attempt to print to a new Brother MFC-L5900DW printer, the Print dialog says "No Printers Installed". All other applications on the Window 11 PC can recognize multiple installed printers.

I've never seen Serif staff give that answer. They may say that something doesn't happen for them, but they have at least tested on the right OS before saying that. Staff NathanC Posted August 21, 2023 Staff Share Posted August 21, 2023 Welcome to the forums @AWH, If you run the app with elevated permissions does it make any difference as to which printers are listed within Designer? To do this, simply right click the app > run as administrator and then check the print dialog again. If not, could you possibly provide us with a screenshot of your Settings > Printers & Scanners interface so we can see how many devices Windows has currently detected? Many thanks!
